Placing Your Order
When you have made your selections and filled in the attributes, click continue and you will be taken to the checkout page. Here, you will be prompted to fill in the customer and shipping and billing information on our secure order form. If you are a returning customer this page will automatically be populated with your shipping and billing information. When you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation notification via e-mail. Northshore processes all web site orders at the end of that business day on which the order was placed. Any questions regarding your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Northshore reserves the right to evaluate and refuse or terminate an order at any time.

Northshore Wood Products accepts Master Card, Visa, and Discover for all web site orders. All other payment terms (credit) can be consulted with Northshore at service@northshorewood.com. Our web site checkout has been secured with 128 bit encryption and is verified by Network Solutions. Please remember that information submitted via email is not secure. Do not submit credit card information via email.
Delivery Methods
We use UPS® for those items that meet UPS® size and weight limitations. All UPS® shipping methods are available. Standard charges will be applied to all purchases and displayed on the check out page. Upon prior notification, products will be delivered “curbside”. You will need to be onsite to accept delivery on your purchase.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada Deliveries

Delivery Times and Order Status
Delivery time will vary with depending on the product ordered. Please allow 2-3 weeks on average for most products. Specific delivery time frame can be made available prior to order placement. Through circumstances beyond our control we sometimes may not make a projected scheduled delivery. Northshore Wood Products will do it’s best to fulfill your order on time, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery day.

Return and Cancellation Policy
After placing an order via the web site, phone or fax, you have 24 hours before all sales are final. Any fee or charges incurred to Northshore Wood Products for cancellation or changes will be applied directly to the purchaser. click here
